- Prettysunday.com deal in fast moving fashion, selling items of clothing that are rare. These fashions are constantly evolving and as a result items sell out quickly. If you are interested in an item that has just sold out, please get in contact as we may be able to help.
- I saw an item in the press, but can't see it on your site.
- Pretty Sunday clothing that is advertised in the press usually sells out very quickly. If we are out of stock, please contact us and we will do our best to help
- The product i ordered is now reduced.
- We aim to inform you of forthcoming special offers in our monthly news letter. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you the difference in price after you have placed an order.
- Why do you only have items in "one size"
- We try to supply a wide selection of sizes for all of our customers, but as nearly all of the clothing sold at Pretty Sunday is rare this is sometimes hard to do. We are however, always working on getting a bigger selection of sizes for each item.
- Where do you deliver to?
- We deliver worldwide. As long as your country is listed on www.royalmail.com
- How much is delivery?
- Pretty Sunday offers exceptionally competitive service to our customers. UK customers can now benefit from FREE DELIVERY. If you choose this option, your order will be sent 2nd class rate via royal mail. If you would like to receive your order quicker, we also offer 1st class delivery for £2.99 and special delivery for £6.99. Delivery for overseas customers is just £8.99, regardless of the size and value of the order. If you would like your order to be sent first class or special delivery. Please add this option to your order via the "delivery" page to the right.
- Can i track my order?
- Yes, you can. If you would like the tracking information for your order please e-mail us at sales@prettysunday.com with your e-mail address and postcode.

- If I want to return a product, can i?
- Yes you can. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it. As long as it is in exactly the same condition as you received it, with all tags still attached and within 7 days of the date shown on your despatch note. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This is indicated in the product description. Please note, if the returned item shows signs of wear you will not be refunded. Your item will be returned to you. If you chose the free delivery option when you placed your order, we will deduct £3.99 from the total amount refunded.PLEASE NOTEThe item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

- You can return your item however you wish, we advise that you use a recorded delivery service so that it can be tracked, as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please note that we do not pay for postage costs.

- How long do i have to return an item?
- For a refund, please return you item within 7 days of the date printed on your invoice. For an exchange you have up to 28 days to return an item. We do not accept and returns that show signs of wear or have tags removed.
